DIABETIS....NO1 Silent Killer...

Last year my family had a great lost where 2 of my cousin and 1 of my beloved aunt passed away because of DIABETIS...Very sad to say they died in the way that they don't even know that they have diabetis....They claimed themself as healthy but...at the end of the days...they collapes and when they've been brought to the hospital ...but then everything seems too late...there are too many disease had been caught in them...and one of them is DIABETIS.....the silent KILLER...forgot to mention that 2 of my cousin died in thier very very early age.....at the age of early 20's...So wht I wanna share here with all of you is a fact about DIABETIS that I've learned from the net...feels free to read them..I hope it will be usefull to most of us here.....

AKTIVITI GATH 1 MAC

Antara aktiviti yg memang sudah jadi kemestian setiap kali kai wat gath ialah ACARA MELALAK...hehehe.Kan dah bagi tau menyanyi tu memang dah jadi hobi Lia....So kat cni lia upload kan beberapa klip nyanyi yang telah di rakam pada malam tu..(thanks AN2 bucuk 4 the video..)

PENANGAN GATH 1 MAC...

Sebelum aku bercerita panjang...meh kita tgok dulu pic ni...

Hahahah...pic ni dah ,menceritakan segala galanya....betapa meriahnya perjumpaan Yahoo Chatterz(YM)sekitar Shah Alam dan Subang yang dia adakan pada malam 1 Mac hari tu yang bertempat di REJAB Seafood Batu 3 Shah Alam.

Perjumpaan ni bukan perjumpaan formal pon...cuma sekadar sessi makan makan dan juga sessi borak borak sama kawan kawan....memang kami selalu buat perjumpaan mcm ni hampir jer 2 bulan sekali,...nak merapatkan silaturrahim ....

Part yang di nanti ialah part makan makan la...apa lagi...balunnn jgn tak balun...tgok pinggan yg ikan dah tinggal kepala ni pun dah menerangkan segalanya...pastu nak makan untuk second round pon boleh selagi makanan masih 'available' ehehehe....Siapa la agaknya yg balun ikan ni sampai kucing tgok pon nangis...tu sapa punya mulut kat dalam pic tu...??mesti dia punya keja..wakakakaka(jgn marah syg an2)...
